My Seminary teacher said I would make a great missionary, and I’ve actually been thinking about it a lot. Even though I’m a woman, I feel a mission would really help me grow both spiritually and mentally. But I do have a question for you female Latter-Day Saints, you boys can say answer too.. but do you ever feel that the church (or at least people in the church), don’t promote the sisters going on missions enough? Because I feel that they tell the boys to go on them all the time, and they just quickly throw in, “Oh and if any of you girls want to go on one. That’s pretty cool.” Am I the only one that feels this way?

It’s quite wonderful actually! (: The world portrays it to be something so strange, when in reality, we are really just like everyone else! I love being LDS because so many of my questions in life are answered. It’s comforting. So yeah, overall I love being a Mormon! Society sometimes tries to knock us down or they just simply don’t understand why we do the things we do, but I have no hate for it. (:
